The OlapServer might not restart automatically in some cases.

After a YARN restart, the OlapServerSubmitter thread received an unhandled exception and quitted, so the OlapServer wasn't automatically restarted.

We should add a try/catch block on the for loop so that we keep retrying even if an exception is thrown.
